This policy provides you with 24/7 cover, 365 days a year UK & EU breakdown insurance for cars, vans and motorcycles.

If you breakdown, our recovery operator will attend the scene speedily. Our average attendance time is 30 to 40 minutes.

We will pay for the call out charge and up to one hour’s labour costs for one of our approved repairers to attend the scene and, where possible, carry out emergency repairs.

If your vehicle cannot be repaired at the scene we will pay the cost of transporting the vehicle to one of our approved repairers. If repairs cannot be completed within a reasonable time you will be offered one of the following options:

  • The cost of transporting your vehicle, driver plus up to four passengers to a destination within EU up to the value of the vehicle, or
  • The cost of overnight accommodation for the driver and up to four passengers, or
  • Replacement hire vehicle costs.
