A. As well as access to our helpline and a members only website giving you practical advice to prevent identity theft, if your identity is stolen we will pay up to £25,000 in legal costs and expenses to assist you in restoring your good name.

You will be provided with a personal qualified case worker and solicitors will apply to restore your creditworthiness under the Data Protection Act and help you deal with the emotional strain identity theft causes.

In addition we will pay the cost of defending you in respect of any criminal action taken, and reimburse you for loss of earnings incurred whilst resolving the matter subject to the terms of your policy.
