Making a purchase at LawShield Direct is easy and secure.
Choosing an item
When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Buy This Policy Now’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the top right of the page.
Paying for your item
When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket.
Confirming your item
During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm your address and we will show you the total cost of your purchase. Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Click here to pay with your Debit/Credit card’ you will then be asked to provide your payment details.
Paying for your item
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Once you have clicked 'Authorise', you have completed your purchase.

Did you know, if you pay for your policy by credit card then you'll also have the additional protection of the Consumer Credit Act. Your maximum liability on your credit card is £50 in the event that it is lost or stolen or used fraudulently and your liability stops as soon as you notify the credit card company that the card has been lost or stolen or used fraudulently.

Delivery Policy
Upon the purchase of your policy, your documents will be sent to you via email within 3-5 working days. It is important therefore that the email address provided is correct. The facility to print your proof of purchase is available once your transaction has been completed.
I have not received my policy documents
Delivery of documents is made via email and usually takes 3-5 working days from date of purchase. If you believe your policy has not been delivered, and 5 working days have passed, please contact us.
